Lower skilled players will do this and if they're streamers they are probably decent players and matched with decent players that don't.

I'd expect some of the "non present" Zero Chill and Ghost cards to hold their value because of their relative rarity, but non LTD present cards will be cheap.

Out of 50 mystery stocking rolls I had zero champions or LTD but in the small stockings I had 2 LTDs, so you never now.
