Mainly just because you can equip any team chem to him while also getting the team boosts. I also still have 73Mil coin so 2Mil isn’t going to set me back much…

Yes I had the same problem. It’s something with the Revis and LT 97 OOP’s as neither will go into other sets as the extra OOP. Very frustrating.
