You could technically do 40 Eagles, 20 Patriots and 20 Packers.  You wouldn't be able to use Emmitt Smith so I doubt the 1+ Speed would be better to get to 98 …

Only time in recent memory did I get good cards was last years Sugar Rush and Ring of Honor.  This year is garbage.
