I just tested and the CB seems to light up on cuts with OSA or UC, but not light up without one of them, meaning it appears the OSA is indeed redundant with UC…

Are we sure that Universal Coverage really has OSA?  I thought it was just the KOs, and Shutdown was the one with OSA (and PA).  No?
