Do we know if he can still be upgraded when he is locked? Or will he stay at lets say 85 when I have him at 85 on Nov 6th
Fix for Gameplay Stutter on PC after latest Update
go to game options and turn off " On-Field Visual Feedback". That seems to fix it.
