The MCS cards have program art, but did not have program chem. Pola didn't have MF chem.

Strike is 100% accurate here. MCS cards have not had program chems attached. Additionally, only the last drop (choice of 2) had all team chems.

Might not help you, but the way that I get around the set freeze/crash issue is to use my item binder and add items to the set from there. Never have an issue …
MF Twitch Drop Grant
Just got an in-game pop-up that I had Twitch drops to claim. Hit the claim button and BOOM, all the MF drops including McCullum was there.

Can open the packs now. But can't put the non-team related strategy items in the lineup. Good Ol EA.
