I haven't been playing long enough to know for sure. I was pleasantly surprised at Bettis and Bradshaw last year and Harrison this year.

They said we get a pack and a 93 upgrade token last night on Twitch. I think we need to buy 6 upgrades to get them to a 99 OVR.
