Yea... he usually ends MUT with a 98 or 99. Doesn't look like it will happen.  Only one more week of RR and FA. No other promos pending except RP.

He did get one, but that REALLY suvks they waited this late, especially with all LTDs currently dropping being soooooo rare in packs. Ltds are 4 mil plus.
