It's x3 ZC chem with the zero ability bucket that let's you run multi kicker abilities. Id say it's probably worth it.

Id probably advise selling off limiteds and very high priced cards a good week before a big promo drop but selling your whole team is kinda overblown.

Seems like multiple people are confirming they got it by doing it twice. Seems miserable and doesnt seem as intended but EA.

Yeah the descriptions of the xfactors are often terrible until you see in game. If it's like Allen, he needs 5 1+ yard runs to activate. Not really worth it.
