Same for me man. I’ve got it boosted with 25 Cowboys and 25 Backyard Ballers. I also have Kupp and Jimmy and Diggs has been playing better than both.

This is true for the 95 OVR Team Diamonds but the first batch (90 OVR) will get the X3 chems at the very first upgrade of the power ups.
