It you’re going to make a user just make sure to make the card a SS. Then people can use the card at any defensive position.

The OVR increase isn’t until the week of the 20th so I would assume All Star Athletes will be two weeks.

Yes they literally changed the rules last year. GT makers were also allowed to boost SPD for the first time last year.
