No they're not. You just got extremely lucky. I did that set quite a few times this morning and almost every single one of them was an 88 with a couple of 91…

Yea, not good. I went through 200k and pulled exactly two 93 and two 91. It's almost exclusively 86 cards with an occasional 88 thrown in.

Re: 84 + campus heroes packs are so broken I have pulled 2 93s and 15 89s in 40+ packs
EA keeps playing around with the odds on those. They're terrible now and they'll probably stay that way.
