I never seem to get anything other than the minimum out of these packs.

I haven't gotten anything more than 50k out of it since the first week.

I get that but there's no way that these were set up with a 20% chance to get anything other than a 91.

Altogether I easily bought about 30 of these in the various forms and only got one 94. This is one time where make rights are definitely warranted.
