I got the LS last night after one 10-0 run.
Finish event, go to objectives and back out 2-3 times to trigger the rewards such should be the LS and 1k snow.

Seems the same. Snow starts off high and decreases at each drop. Usually goes from 80 per to about 25 per through the full promo
