All non physical ratings work on a threshold basis. I believe the order is thresholds at 75, 80, and 90 ovr. This means these sets of ratings is the same: 75-7…

99 JMP is nice, but unfortunately Williams is very undersized in both height and weight. He'd have to get some great abilities to become a good slot CB.

It's been tested. The most likely thing is your players with 95+ PRC meet more thresholds, have better traits, and are more recent cards as well.

Yep. 90+ is all you need. The only reason cards get outdated is because of EA affected sliders and physical attributes
