I doubt they'll keep all the tokens behind a pay wall. My guess is they'll give us some way to earn them next drop.

Hopefully they fix these things soon. Very underwhelming. I recommend Ronnie though. He's pretty gross. Arguably the best sub in the game next to Peppers.
