Yeah I think it was broken for a while the first day, but they fixed it the second day. Nobody who originally claimed it got their rewards though

If you did not originally claim it the first day, you were able to get it. I saw the people saying they didn’t get it and waited, so I have it.

If you have not yet clicked on season recap for ranked, it should give you your card, it worked for me when I tried it 10 mins ago.
