The site has a longstanding partnership with EA. That's how we're able to provide the information in the database as well.

We have always had EA place the card right on your account. They make it BND when they do so. We have never used the trade block, as EA sponsors raffles.

We don't have any control or say in what happens in the game. I'm sorry. I can pass the issue along to EA, but I haven't heard of this being a widespread issue…
