When you agreed to TOS, you agreed that you can't sue, you can only go to arbitration. So no, you can't sue them. Also, odds are posted. Caveat Emptor.

Works fine for me. I would clear your history and cache, log out, then back in. I suspect that will fix any issues you're having with it.
