Oh no The level 5 pack was even worse, it was a 94+ ttas, 95+ crucible, draft or infinite flux, or the 99 bnd pack.

They definitely do a horrible job on pretty much everything. But yeah you figure it’ll take 9 tokens I believe to upgrade the 3 to a 97. Then you get 2 loyalty…
