If it ain’t showing up after doing the sets, open your TOTY Field Pass and open the set objective. Then back out. It kicked in for me after that.

Correct. 97 BND is a fantasy pack. Hadn’t opened mine yet as I had to rush back to work but 98 is random and sellable. They’re cracked so they’ll be pricey.
