Should TOTW only be exclusive to active players currently playing?
<p>i feel like since theres already a flashback promo every yearthey should just keep TOTW to current NFL player imo. Theres no reason for "flashback TOTW cards."</p>
no TOTW CMC, Foreman, or AJ Brown?
