The mode is set up to be that way, so it won’t be changing.
Are they doing limited training offers and such like in the past?
Like I remember them doing 1 hour and 3 hour offers in the store for training or coin packs. Did EA say they were or weren’t doing that this year?

Unfortunately, no. Spotlight tokens can only be used for TOTW, Collector, or Legend cards. And yes, they are BND.

I only run the ball if it's an outside zone and I possession catch everything that isn't over the top of the defense.
