Yes it is considering Vick has gotten 3 upgrades and many players are on upgrade 2 while Bosa, Paris Johnson and many others have not gotten 1.

Yes we are. It's crazy the fact football season is over 18 weeks done and every player hasn't had at least 1 upgrade.
