From what I can see, he never loses speed. He gains +1 accel at 82 OVR and +1 speed at 84 OVR

The only stat that matters is speed and he’s 89 speed on Vikings/Bills/Patriots theme team + crystals + game time chemistry
So he’s not a bad receiver
