The numbers don’t necessarily mean how good they are. Release 0 and 1 are “placeholders”, they’re given to a lot of the low OVR QBs.

The 92s (one for every team) have never been LTDs to date.
Probably they do 2 93 masters like last year and Team Diamonds marks the OVR jump.
