Kos % are built in via zone/man ratings. Higher ko the higher the man/zone. Doesnt ko as much as the abilities but it does add a chance to ko.

It was originally not supposed to be 91. It went 89-91 and skipped 90.
EA added the 90 to the 91 slot then added a new 91/92 slot. Same amount of tokens.
