All we can do is wait. I opened a ticket with EA and they got with tech and told me the team is aware and i will just have to wait.

yes, Also tried on 3 different Xbox's. Had my Brother in Wisconsin try on his as well. Other accounts can get in but my main can't. It's not you it's an issue…
