I'd recommend running a tt for example 93 speed Tariq Woolen will get burned by my 97-speed Ceedee Lamb even if he isn't pressed up at the line of scrimmage.

You get a 90+ TOTW player and a TOTY player so it is very worth and the challenges take much less time then AKA and Legends

I haven’t tried him out but 3 AP for Fearless and SFL would be pretty nice but in my opinion not worth the 2.7-2.9 million coin difference
