I keep seeing the whole 50 TT-10 TOTW stuff but i see no TOTW boosts or mention in the chemistry section of my lineup?

If you can’t have all 3 (1st or 2nd release) are they worth getting? Like if i just parsons does that really do anything besides fill a TT spot?
