He isn't a "bad card" but for my expectations and for the price he isn't a good card by any means. I would def save the coins and the 10% you'd lose inevitably…

I used the 99 LTD HB and the 98 SS, both incredibly mid and not worth reviewing. Sold within one hour and got my ROH Marshawn back immediately.
