Great analysis and completely agree. Plus, he is a lot of fun to use. I don’t know that I’ve played with a more powerful card in M24. He can do it all.

His card makes a difference right now. The 97 SPD you can achieve with the Chill Out strat card on a 25/50 ZC theme team is noticeable.

Just understand that it is non-repeatable. I chose a 91 OVR option but should have waited for the 92 OVRs.
