The work around for that is lock the cards you dont want in sets. Pain in the butt, but a temp fix.

You get all the cards back as sellable. The 90 set is easily a monster investment with some loss from tax and devalue.

EA always seems to let some good players not get deserved upgrades. They have non problem giving the same players multiple upgrades thouch.
