I posted earlier about them.  I think it is a temporary error and may be fixed when season 5 starts.

You get them, they just don't show up after the game.  Check your score total in the menu.

I think they might.  The stat rewards aren't season pass xp, they are coins.  I believe the others are packs, so they should be easy to roll over as well.
