I would upgrade your oline to get them with free SP. I would also upgrade corner anyway you can. Get Boldin, Moss, Charles Woodson, or Calvin.

I definitely go with peppers. Pola-mao is a good card that will hold his own until madden 24 but byard is a little small so you could use an upgrade

No your team needs Collin Johnson, fully upgraded John Madden, Julius Peppers, maybe witten or mcquall DTs. Also need Calvin corne and better MLBs

I would definitely pick up some oline men who get secure protector for free. Otherwise your team is pretty good
