This is an 84 card, I'm seeing 82's on the block. Am I missing something here?

68 AGI? how badly does that affect this card as a user? I'm SEA TT so I haven't tried him.
Love AP, but he fumbles too much; something to watch for. If he keeps it up, I'm moving on.
needed one more dac, looks good though.
