All of the Champions and LTDs in this release are 99 OVR, which also means the Weekly Spotlight Token Set for Ultimate Legends has reset with a new limit of 2. LTDs, Champions, and OOP Heroes have Passive X-Factor Ability Buckets, except Freeney, whose passive bucket is currently broken. Check out the new ULs below:
