Whether you have a few million Coins or just started playing, Madden Ultimate Team requires assembling a roster within a budget. That's why locating "budget beasts" for your team is always important, especially early in the year. We reached out to PIHCAM from Huddle.gg, who was nice enough to not only provide a recommendation for each position, but also provided a player at 3 different budget price points as well! Check out all of his budget beasts below:
Budget Players (Offense)

Wide Receivers
Athleticism is the most important thing to consider for budget WRs, like SPD, ACC, AGI, and height. Route running is next, primarily focusing on guys who meet the 85/80/75 route running thresholds, or can get there with some help from strategy item boosts.
- 20k> 79 Xavier Worthy
- 87 SPD, 85 ACC, 80 DRR, 79 SRR
- FREE if you play the Training Camp solo challenges

- 78 SRR, but with a strategy item, he can hit 80 SRR
- 100k> 72 Dont'e Thornton Jr
- 86 SPD, 85 ACC
- 6'5'' height allows him to win one-on-one high throws down field
- One of the most popular items in the game right now, even on Pro teams
Tight Ends
Similar to receivers, we're looking for athleticism, height, and route running with TEs.
- 20k> 78 Kyle Pitts

- 80 SPD, 84 ACC
- All 3 route running levels are 80+ (SRR, MRR, DRR)
Offensive Tackles
PBK and RBK ratings that meet the 80/85+ thresholds are ideal, with STR and SPD also being important for offensive linemen.
- 20k> 78 Charles Cross
- 60 SPD, 83 PBK

- 80 SPD, 79 ACC, 80 STR, 80 PMV
- 50k> 80 Nolan Smith Jr
- 80 SPD, 82 ACC, 81 FMV

- 100k> 82 Chop Robinson
- 80 SPD, 83 ACC, 81 FMV

SAM/WILL/MIKEs

- 20k> 72 Jailin Walker
- 83 SPD, 84 ACC
- Not a lot of great options at this price, but his athleticism makes Walker serviceable
- 50k> 79 Trenton Simpson
- 82 SPD, 86 ACC, 85 JMP, 81 POW
- 100k> 82 Troy Andersen
- 84 SPD, 86 ACC, 84 POW
- 6'4'' height is great for the position
Cornerbacks
SPD, ACC, and AGI are the most important ratings for cornerbacks. We're also looking for CBs with 80/85 ZCV and MCV ratings to meet thresholds. Height is also important and should be used as a tiebreaker.
