Bills QB Josh Allen and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson come in at 85 OVR, while Patrick Mahomes took a small step back this year to 84 OVR. Bengals QB Joe Burrow also starts the year at 84 OVR, while Jalen Hurts, Jared Goff, and Matthew Stafford all receive an 83 OVR rating.
