If you don't like spoilers, turn back now! You have been warned. Now, with that out of the way, if you're looking for help making your guesses for King of the Undercity, this article will provide the community's best guess and what you will need to do to receive "The King" once he's made available on Thursday, October 30th.
How Do I Get What I Need For The King?
Playing MUT during Most Feared rewards Undercity Clues that can be redeemed in sets, and come with a hint at The King's identity. Exchange 1 Clue in each of the 3 King Guess sets to receive the Fantasy Packs needed to make your guesses. The 3 guesses we need to make are the King's Position, the King's Hand, and the King's Equipment.
Which Guesses Should I Make?
All clues point to The King being Joe Burrow and his Hand being Ja'Marr Chase. We explain why in a later section, but here are the guesses you need to select:
- Position: QB
- Hand: Ja'Marr Chase
- Equipment: Cleats
Once you have submitted QB, Ja'Marr Chase, and Cleats Tokens in the King Guess Token Set, you will be rewarded with a Solved Token that can be redeemed on 10/30 when the set for The King goes live.

What Happens if I Picked the Wrong Tokens?
If you made a wrong selection in your Fantasy Packs, exchange your position, hand, and equipment tokens in the "Evidence Exchange Set" to receive new Fantasy Packs where you can select QB, Ja'Marr Chase, and Cleats.

What Do the Clues Mean?
If you're wondering what some of the clues mean and how they apply to Joe Burrow, here's a quick explanation for each Undercity Clue I currently own:
- Clue #1 - Both The King and his Hand currently play in the NFL.
- This clue really narrowed it down. Both Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase do, in fact, currently play in the NFL. We triple checked to be sure.
- Clue #2 - The King first played his current position because his school simply didn't have anybody at that position.
- This one took a little digging, but in an article from Sports Illustrated, the author shares how Joe Burrow became a quarterback. Even though his dad and two older brothers all played defense, his third-grade football team did not have anyone else that could play quarterback. So his dad, the coach at the time, gave Joe the task of learning the position.
- Clue #3 - Both The King and his Hand have played for the same team more than once.
- Along with being teammates in the NFL for their entire pro careers, Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase were also teammates at LSU from 2018-2019.
- Clue #4 - The King wears a special piece of equipment. Some are even designed to support charitable foundations!
- Joe Burrow participates in the NFL's My Cause My Cleats Initiative each year. See Clue #8 for more info.
- Clue #5 - Both The King and his Hand play for teams whose mascot is a big cat.
- Burrow and Chase both play for Cincinnati, whose mascot is a Bengal tiger, AKA a big cat.
- Clue #6 - The King's Hand is always open.
- Ja'Marr Chase is famously referred to as "always open". So much so, Chase even has an "Always Open" collaboration with 7/11, which is also always open.
- Clue #7 - The King is a Heisman Trophy winner.
- Joe Burrow won the Heisman Trophy in 2019.
- Clue #8 - The King has his own charity foundation. He sometimes designs his own signature cleats through the NFL's My Cause My Cleats Initiative.
- For the last few years, Joe Burrow has participated in the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats Initiative, which auctions off special cleats with the proceeds going to charity. Joe Burrow started his own charitable organization, whose goal is to address food insecurity and mental health issues.
