How much do ltds usually go up when they leave the store

Depends which ones. but typically for the cheaper ones they will be lucky to go up to 600k

Depends how good they are. 
some are already 400k

it usually depends on the promo and packs in the store. with tvps and rolls in the store the zero chill ltds are usually cheaper, same with the legend ltd because you can pull that from the tvp. without those packs the ltds usually vary depending on how good the card is, but usually around 600k if it's a good usable card

It really depends on the card this year last year it was like clockwork that they would all bounce way up in price this year not so much Williams and Lawrence seem to have risen way up. But if they get to around 420k then you should at least be able to break even with them as they generally go up to at least 470-500k ish. But with the new LTDs being 95 it helps them as they will be the highest OVR cards out for a little while.
