NEED HELP! Unrightfully Ban

Hi Guys, 

Last week I spent a full week grinding out all the team diamond sets, upon finishing those sets I sold the elway card and a few other diamond cards. Fast forward a couple days I signed into MUT and was met with an EA Message saying the whipped my 6m in coins for coin distribution. I filled out the appeal thing and the got back to me saying it was confirmed.... I've never bought or sold coins all i was doing was selling cards on the AH to gear up for these promos that they have. Any Ideas? Cant contact anyone at EA because they apparently aren't in the 21st century and don't have a phone that works.

Did you use the app? Ive heard terrible things about that app and people getting banned for no reason. I would just find another game and possibly never play madden ever again or any EA game especially if you spent money on mut and you really did do nothing wrong

Usually have to email them. They dont do phones. 

good luck, this has been the worst year for stupid bans with the app and TD sets
