Can anyone give me a good WR for under 100k?

Depends on how you want to use your WR. Keyshawn is still viable although a little slow at this point. Hollywood Brown for a little guy with more speed. Honestly Randy Moss was still getting it done for me before I replaced him with TOTW Jerry Rice.

I wouldn't buy anyone right now with the market going up from TOTY. Wait a few days and you should be fine.

If you don't already have the level 30 Jerry Jeudy I suggest grinding to get him on your team. On my TT he gets 96 speed and even as a base card he is fairly solid if you have no other options.

oooooofff soon as rice drops by 150 I'll replace moss but by then moss will probalby come out by then

94 Overall Keyshawn Johnson is a good one to target. Well rounded stats all around and is tall at 6'4". He's only 93 speed (94 if you power him up) which is on the lower end of what one may really want at this point, but he's still a good receiver. Randy Moss is another one to take a look at, although his catching and route running aren't nearly as good as Keyshawn's, but Moss will likely get a new card sometime in the future (it'll be expensive though), so if you hold onto his current one, it'll go into his power up or you could sell it for a profit as prices will likely go up when he gets a new card.

It's hard to rank WR's that are cheap when you do not have a Theme Team. I run Godwin, Johnson, and Juedy on my Bucs Theme Team and they play well above their overalls with the boosts. My biggest suggestion would start a theme team. Then lower overall cards will play +2 to their overalls in most cases and be competitive with the top their cards in the game

That Level 30 Jeudy is Free. You can't get better value than that.

If you can make a quick 25K you will have some additional options including 95 SPD Hollywood Brown and 92 Ja'Marr Chase (could get an upgrade soon?).
