Just play them on easy. It shouldn’t take more than a few hours.

you can play all the challenges on easy to get the tokens
took me 2 and a half hours to do all of them

The challenges are about completion so you could play them all on 1 star and get the tokens. Shouldn’t take long

You can on Wednesday when the last challenges and player drop. Put all the tokens into the set and it's a choice of any
