what defensive plays do you struggle against the most?

for me its cover 3 seam

i usually only play solo battles against the computer, so i know that im not that good at this game

but it always looks like rb should be open against the press in 5 wide patriots (last playbook option) verticals

when i go to run the route - cb presses and the rb receiver begins to run around him - but when you think hes open you hold rb

only to be picked by the cb that turns around

I'm a solo player but it's man blitzes.  I usually don't struggle to get the ball out on time even though it's painfully obvious what play they're calling.  I know it may be some type of line adjustment I need to get back to doing.

Other times it's cover 2, so I usually try to have at least one post route in my pass play.
