I'm sure everyone has an opinion on this, but I would say that as of now it would probably be the 91 Calvin Johnson or the 91 Brandon Marshall, but both are ridiculously expensive. There are a lot of more affordable options in the 89-90 range.

Best is either Carmichael or Megatron

The rest are pretty similar though (Plaxico Burress, Brandon Marshall, DK Metcalf, etc)

Carmichael simply because of his size. 6'8" is impossible to do anything against in the current meta really.

Close second would be Megatron since he's slightly faster and only 3 inches shorter.
