Do we get all The 89 "monsters"  for free or do we only get 1

You get the 89 monsters for free by grinding the MF pass.

Yes, you can get a 90 from the field pass and another from playing house rules. Slammer has a thread with all the promo info (https://www.mut.gg/forums/forum/mut-discussion-10/topic/most-feard-who-do-you-want-to-see-8219/) and WizzLe should have a write up on the home page at some point.
