So I was able to build him pretty cheap for my Niners TT. Only played a few H2H and haven’t noticed much of an impact(Headliner Williams gashed my line last game) Should I sell while the price is still high?

Thats up to you. If you feel like someone is cheaper and plays better, do it. Sell it and wait for better cards.
