I won 10 games first run and got lagged out at 7 during 2nd run . Do I have to run it back a whole new 20 or just 10 ? Debating if worth my time again

10-0 two times, not 20 in a row. You should just have to do one more full 10-0, as long as your first 10-0 has been since this past Thursday when the event reset.

No, he didn't read your post correctly. You've completed one. You have one left. They don't have to be consecutive.
