How long before EA finally gives us the 99 LS?

I'm just curious. 

I have a Vikings TR with ever player at 99 except for the Long snapper.

I've noticed every YouTuber is stuck at 98 as well. I'm guessing EA's last team captain will be a long snapper. It wouldn't make sense for them to put one out in a promo.

The 99 LS already exists. I use Sam Adams OOP RG as LS. With chems, he is 99 as RG and as LS.

I don't know when the decrease from 99 to 98 happened. I think I hit 99 two promos ago, and my roster has only gotten better. Overalls don't matter at all, but it feels like EA wants to keep everyone under 99 to keep the hype up for new drops.
